January 2026 Workshop: Wet Felting with Olga Tarasova

Join us for the first Skillshare workshop of 2026! In this workshop, educators will explore wet felting techniques to make jewelry and small gifts, and learn how to translate these methods into engaging classroom projects. Local textile artist Olga Tarasova will be leading this workshop. Inspired by nature, Olga transforms humble wool fibers into wearable art. You can view her work here or in person at Winter Street Studios. Snacks and all materials will be provided.
Space for this workshop is limited and requires an RSVP here to attend, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins. Thank you for understanding.
Snacks and all materials will be provided, however you are welcome to bring your own supplies.

Free Creative Workshops for Educators
The Skillshare program provides free, open-format arts workshops to Houston area educators led by professional artists. These workshops provide teachers with a space to share resources, engage in creative development, and explore ways to integrate visual arts into classroom curriculum.
